Job Description |
|
• Perform consumer compliance reviews • Observe and perform transaction testing on assigned bank departments; report results • Collaborate on corrective actions for identified compliance weaknesses • Assist department managers with implementation of corrective actions • Assist in the development of disclosures and procedures that meet regulatory requirements for new products and services • Perform website reviews for compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Maintain expertise on consumer protection regulations • Travel as necessary • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements: • Must be able to remain in a sitting or standing in stationary position for extended periods of time • Operate a computer and other office machinery for extended periods of time

Requirements |

• High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 3 years previous bank compliance experience • Experience in an audit environment • Thorough understanding of federal compliance regulations for financial institutions • Able to effectively communicate • Must work under minimal supervision • CRCM preferred • Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment |
